In what format is your data delivered? Can you provide a little more general info on your main products?
Our Team Data products are delivered as .csv (comma separated value) files. All of our data is available on a week-by-week basis (annual fee), and / or a full historical season basis (one-time fee). Our data is broken down to the team level in the case of our Team Data product. Please note that we do not currently offer real-time data (in-game updates). If you require real-time data feeds, then you will need to contact another data provider.

Legal
Are there any legal issues related to selling the NFL’s data?
The information that we sell is factual and is part of the public domain, which means no one actually owns it. We simply provide the service of collecting and distributing the information to our clients. Because no one legally owns this information, there should not be any legal ramifications for selling and/or distributing it. There was a court case a few years ago between Motorola and the NBA. If you research this case, you'll find out more information about previous cases that set today's precedent.

Are there any legal limitations to publishing your stats on my website?
There are no restrictions on how you use the data we provide. We only ask that you do not resell the data in its raw format. If you want to present the data for users, then you are free to do that.

Do you know of any websites or other sources of information that detail the rules for using NFL data and content such as player/team names and their associated stats?
In regard to legal issues when using the data, we suggest researching prior cases, such as NBA vs Motorola and NFL vs Yahoo. These cases should give you an idea of the legal precedent involved.

Stat Specifics
Does your data include kneel-downs and intentional spiking of the football, or are these types of plays removed from the data set?
Kneel-downs and spikes count as run plays and pass plays respectively. Our data is based on the official NFL statistics, and the NFL currently does not recognize spikes and kneel-downs as anything but run plays and pass plays.

How do you handle mid-week corrections?
We do not currently handle mid-week corrections. These are usually minor; for instance, a 4-yard pass may change into a 4-yard run. If the change includes something more drastic, such as a conversion from a rushing touchdown into a passing touchdown, then we'll make the correction and send it out the following week (Tuesday evening) with the next round of data.

Do you include missed “points after touchdowns” (PATs) in your data?
Our data includes extra points made, but it does not include extra points attempted or extra points missed. This information may be included in the future, but it's not a priority at this time.

Do you have receiving targets recorded in your historical data?
We have receiving targets in our data going back to 2009, since that was the first year that the NFL officially recorded it.

Do you include individual player, including defense and special teams data?
A lot of the data that you’re looking for is included in our Fantasy Data product. Our Fantasy Data contains information for individual kickers and defense / special teams statistics. You'll find the team defense / special teams in the TeamDefense.csv and TeamDefenseSeason.csv files. The kicker data is in the Player.csv files. The data available includes field goal lengths made/missed, punt return and kick return information, and more.
