You have three options when purchasing NFLData.com’s Team Data:
Full Historical Database (1985 - 2009)
If you’re interested in tracking longitudinal trends, this is the package for you; we offer regular season and playoff data dating all the way back to 1985*! Your one-time purchase gets you a very high level of detail - as is the case with our other Team Data options - but here, you get over 20 seasons worth of historical data delivered all at once in .csv format.
2010 Weekly Updates
This option provides you with a subscription that consists of an update every Tuesday during the current season. On a weekly basis, you will receive three .csv files that contain the data for the current season up to and including that week. Your one-time fee includes both regular and post-season games.
Single Historical Season
If you don’t need the entire historical database, but want to see one past season’s team-by-team data, we can provide you with historical data - à la carte - for the season of your choice. Simply specify the year that you want when making your one-time purchase, and you’ll receive the data in the form of .csv files shortly after placing your order.
For specifics regarding the data included in our Team Data offerings, we recommend that you take a look at a list of the columns featured in our .csv files (below). For an even more specificity, check out our sample .csv files, or visit our FAQ.
